Casa Linda Plaza the oldest shopping center in the Dallas area, opening just after World War II when the original developer’s son returned from active duty to help finish construction. It was a work in progress for decades – the final phase opened in 1971.

The center, designed in the Spanish Revival style, features tile roofs and masonry walls and the theme was carried throughout the center with Spanish street names.

This premier property has tremendous traffic counts, a highly populated area surrounding it, significant barriers-to-entry and an emerging demographic. It is truly a gathering place for its East Dallas neighbors.
